* All candidacies received by September 20th (1st deadline) will be published here on September 21st.
* Candidacies received later will be published on the go within 1 working day.
* Interested candidates for President, Vice-presidents, Treasurer, Executive Board members and directly elected FC Members should be aware that the dates for the statutory meetings for 2019 have been already set. This had to be decided by the previous Executive Board in coordination with the secretariat because of the heavy agenda for the last months of the year.\
  Ist Executive Board meeting (mandate 2020/21) - **15-17 November 2019 (preferable arrival on 14th eventing or 15th morning).**\
  (involving meeting and team building with the staff) EB+Directly elected FC Meeting - **6-8 December 2019.**
